How do I place an order?



Placing an order is easy! Simply fill out the order form on our contact page. After you place the order we will contact you to confirm your order, collect payment, and coordinate pickup or delivery.

Can I customize my MEAT BOX?



Absolutely! We understand that everyone has unique tastes. In the Notes field of our order form, you can describe what changes you'd like to make to your box. We'll work with you to get as close to your preferences as we can.

What are your delivery hours?



Our delivery hours are from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume.

when can i pickup my order?



We will communicate with you after your order to let you know when we're open for order pickup at our farm in Mart, Texas. The address is 1635 Red Gate Rd, Mart, TX 76664. Please wait until we confirm your order to arrive for pickup.

How can I track my order?



We will communicate with you directly after you place your order, so if anything changes, we will let you know.

What should I do if I have an issue with my order?



If there's any issue with your order, we're here to help make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible through our order form.

Can I schedule my delivery for a later time or date?



Yes, you can! On the order form you have the option to select a delivery date that best fits your schedule. We will coordinate a day and time with you to get as close to your preference as possible.

Do you offer any vegetarian or vegan options?



No, we don't currently offer vegan or vegetarian options, but we are dedicated to providing the highest quality, natural beef and dairy products for those who enjoy farm-fresh, wholesome foods.
